Currently, we are a small shop and are not in a position to hire full-time instructors. However, we would be very happy to have you join us as a Freelance Instructor.
The following is the breakdown of our compensation model and working conditions:
1. Compensation Model (Instructor Fees & Commissions)

*Note: For self-guided guests, the shop only collects the 800 PHP fee per dive. You are free to keep the remainder of whatever you charge your clients.
2. Expected Earnings

We currently do not have any fixed instructor staff.

Local Filipino instructors who handle both courses and guiding typically earn an average of 100,000 PHP per month.

If you actively bring your own clients for Discovery Scuba Diving, courses, and fun dives, your potential earnings can be significantly higher. Many freelance instructors currently operate this way to maximize their income.
3. Working Conditions & Scheduling

Flexibility: You are welcome to work with other centers when there are no scheduled tasks at our shop.

Availability: Please note that if you are frequently unavailable for our assignments due to commitments at other shops, the number of bookings we assign to you will naturally decrease over time.
