예약 관련 안내 사항
예약은 비용을 지불해야 예약확정이 됩니다. 예약확정 없이 메신저(카카오톡, 와츠앱)로 이야기만 했었던 내용은 보증하지 않습니다.
저희는 다이브 센터입니다. 다이빙 패키지와 교육은 메신저로 예약 및 상담이 가능하지만, 그 외의 액티비티는 저희 샵에 직접 방문하여 예약 및 상담 부탁드립니다.

예약 마감: 예약은 전날 저녁 7시까지 완료해 주세요.

예약 방법: 다이빙 패키지, 다이빙 교육, 차량 서비스를 제외한 모든 항목은 샵에 직접 방문하여 예약해 주셔야 합니다.

액티비티 상담: 메신저로 액티비티 상담을 원하시면 먼저 예약을 확정해 주세요.

사전 송금: 전날 방문하여 예약이 불가능한 경우에는 미리 비용을 송금해 주셔야 합니다.

예약 없이 방문 시: 예약 없이 방문하실 경우, 액티비티 및 다이빙 가능 여부나 대기 시간을 미리 알 수 없습니다.

일정 지연 안내: 필리핀 현지 특성상 예약을 하셨더라도 일정이 지연될 수 있으며, 정확한 시간을 맞추기 어려울 수 있습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

다이빙 포인트: 보트 다이빙 포인트는 미리 정해져 있지 않습니다. 전날 저녁 7시 이후, 예약이 완료된 분들의 의견에 따라 결정됩니다.

비용 안내: 저희 비용 체계는 매우 단순하며 추가 비용이 없습니다. 모든 다이빙과 액티비티 가격에는 장비 렌탈료가 포함되어 있습니다. 다만, 선택 사항(옵션)은 별도로 지불하셔야 합니다.
환불 및 변경 규정

천재지변: 천재지변으로 인한 취소 시 당일에도 100% 환불됩니다.

고객 사유: 개인 사정으로 인한 취소 시, 예정일 5일 전까지 통보해 주시면 3개월 이내의 날짜와 시간 변경만 가능합니다.
Important Information Regarding Bookings
Please note that a booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Any discussions held via messaging apps (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp) without a confirmed booking are not guaranteed.
We are a Dive Center. While diving packages and courses can be booked and discussed via messenger, all other activities must be booked and consulted in person at our shop.

Booking Deadline: Please complete your booking by 7:00 PM the evening before.

Booking Methods: Except for diving packages, diving courses, and transportation, all other services require an in-person visit to book.

Activity Inquiries: If you wish to consult about activities via messenger, please ensure your booking is confirmed first.

Advance Payment: If you are unable to visit us the day before to book, the payment must be sent in advance via bank transfer.

Walk-ins: For those visiting without a reservation, we cannot guarantee the availability of activities or diving, nor can we provide an estimated waiting time.

Schedule Delays: Due to the local nature of the Philippines, delays may occur and maintaining an exact schedule can be difficult. We appreciate your understanding.

Dive Sites: Boat diving points are not predetermined. They are decided after 7:00 PM the night before, based on the preferences of those who have confirmed their bookings.

Simple Pricing: Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. All diving and activity prices include full equipment rental. However, any optional add-ons must be paid for separately.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Natural Disasters: 100% refund will be issued even on the day of the activity in the event of force majeure or natural disasters.

Cancellations by Customer: For cancellations made by the customer at least 5 days in advance, we offer a one-time change of date and time (valid for 3 months). No refunds are provided for personal reasons.
