F A Q

When will I visit in the future? Will diving or other activities be available?

Yes, you are. We offer diving and activities daily. So, there’s no need to ask if they’re available on your date. However, this depends on weather and government policies, so we can’t guarantee availability that day.

Dive times?

Beach Dives: Available anytime during daylight hours.
Morning Boat Dives: Depart at 9:00 A.M. and return around 1:00 P.M.
Afternoon Boat Dives: Depart around 3:00 P.M.
Morning boat dives are available daily. Afternoon boat diving may be canceled if there aren’t enough participants. Of course, we don’t know when afternoon boat diving will be available in the future. If there are 6 or more confirmed reservations, afternoon boat diving is available.
To participate in a dive, you must arrive at our shop at least one hour before the boat’s departure. If you arrive on the day without a confirmed reservation, you may not be able to board the boat. Therefore, if possible, please visit our shop at least one day in advance to confirm your reservation.

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only when one of the following is completed:
A deposit of $50 USD per person has been sent via PayPal.
You visit our shop and pay the full activity cost.
Please note that an inquiry and our subsequent response do not constitute a confirmed reservation. Confirmation is only secured upon completion of the above reservation confirmation.
The PayPal deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation due to weather or government directives, the deposit can be credited towards other activities or dives with our shop.

For Discovery Scuba Diving and educational dives, a 1:1 Divemaster is assigned to ensure you can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably. At Dive Story, no problems can occur.

This is DIVESTORY’s biggest advantage. You can customize anything you want, including diving, land tours, training schedules, accommodation, meals, and more.

Sharing

We support our Naver Cafe and various online and offline gatherings. You can share and learn experiences with people who love diving.

Sustainability

We support you so that you can easily continue your experience and further education from DIVESTORY, whether in Korea or anywhere else in the world. You can learn all courses from beginner to instructor, as well as technical diving.

Exploration

By studying and exploring new regions, we can satisfy your challenges and curiosity. We can provide you with information and a network to explore and challenge yourself anywhere in the world you desire.

Completeness

DIVESTORY is fully equipped with everything. We have all diving gear, from action cameras to DSLR underwater cameras. Action camera filming is provided free of charge for all dives.
