When will I visit in the future? Will diving or other activities be available?

Yes, you are. We offer diving and activities daily. So, there’s no need to ask if they’re available on your date. However, this depends on weather and government policies, so we can’t guarantee availability that day.

Dive times?

Beach Dives: Available anytime during daylight hours.
Morning Boat Dives: Depart at 9:00 A.M. and return around 1:00 P.M.
Afternoon Boat Dives: Depart around 3:00 P.M.
Morning boat dives are available daily. Afternoon boat diving may be canceled if there aren’t enough participants. Of course, we don’t know when afternoon boat diving will be available in the future. If there are 6 or more confirmed reservations, afternoon boat diving is available.
To participate in a dive, you must arrive at our shop at least one hour before the boat’s departure. If you arrive on the day without a confirmed reservation, you may not be able to board the boat. Therefore, if possible, please visit our shop at least one day in advance to confirm your reservation.

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only when one of the following is completed:
A deposit of $50 USD per person has been sent via PayPal.
You visit our shop and pay the full activity cost.
Please note that an inquiry and our subsequent response do not constitute a confirmed reservation. Confirmation is only secured upon completion of the above reservation confirmation.
The PayPal deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation due to weather or government directives, the deposit can be credited towards other activities or dives with our shop.

How to Send the Reservation Deposit Reservation deposits can be sent via GCash or PayPal. The required reservation deposit is: GCash: PHP 4,000 per person PayPal: USD 50 per person For example, if you are making a reservation for 4 people, you must send either: PHP 16,000 via GCash, or USD 200 via PayPal GCash GCash is a widely used mobile money and payment service in the Philippines. It is somewhat similar to Apple Pay in concept. If you are not familiar with GCash, you can easily search online to find out how it works. If you are trying to send money to GCash from outside the Philippines, please find out yourself how international transfers to GCash work from your country. The available methods depend on your country and the service you use. The mobile phone number is the GCash account number. Please check the number very carefully. If you enter the wrong number, your money may be sent to a completely different person, and we cannot take responsibility for this. When making the transfer through another app or service, enter the following GCash information in the section where it asks for an account number or GCash number: Important GCash transfers cannot be confirmed immediately. After making the transfer, you must send us a screenshot or image of the transaction/transfer history so that we can verify your payment. The maximum transfer limit is quite low. Please contact us before sending any money. PayPal When sending money through PayPal, the sender must pay all PayPal fees. The amount that must actually arrive in our PayPal account is exactly USD 50 per person. PayPal payments must be sent in USD. The USD 50 reservation deposit will be converted to Philippine Peso and deducted from your remaining balance based on the exchange rate used to purchase Philippine Pesos at Gaisano Mall in Moalboal on the day of your final payment. Important — Applies to Both GCash and PayPal Please understand the following conditions before sending your deposit: Reservation deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. GCash and PayPal can be used for the reservation deposit only. Full payment of the remaining balance cannot be made by GCash or PayPal. The remaining balance must be paid in Philippine Peso cash only. Because the reservation deposit is non-refundable, we recommend that you visit our shop and make your reservation in person, preferably at least one day before your planned diving or course date, whenever possible.
